Office Vacancy Information
Although Meguro-ku is relatively small in size among Tokyo's 23 wards, it attracts a large number of people, with a daytime population exceeding 270,000. In particular, more than 200,000 people use Nakameguro Station, which serves as a transfer station between the Hibiya Line and the Toyoko Line, and countless commuters come and go during the morning rush hour.
In recent years, high-rise buildings have been constructed one after another in front of Nakameguro Station, and many of the office buildings around the station are relatively large. Meguro-ku is home to the Meguro River, famous for its rows of cherry blossom trees, and fashionable cafes and bars dotting its alleys. Daikanyama is within walking distance, making it a popular area, especially among young people.
Although there are only a few railroads, there are many major roads running through Meguro Ward, such as Kannana-dori, Yamate-dori, and the Metropolitan Expressway. Bus routes run through the area, and small and medium-sized office buildings are clustered along these major streets. Residential areas and parks are just off the streets, providing a calm office environment in which to work.
