Office Vacancy Information
Kanda Station is served by the JR and Tokyo Metro Ginza Lines. In front of the station runs Chuo-dori Street, which leads to Akihabara and Nihonbashi. Many office buildings line the street, creating an office district for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. The exit near Asakusa on the Ginza Line faces the Suda-cho intersection where Yasukuni-dori and Chuo-dori intersect, and the Akihabara Electric Town is within walking distance.
On the west exit side of the station is the Kanda Station West Exit Shopping Street, which still retains its old-fashioned atmosphere, and offers shopping at a reasonable price, which is rare in the city center. The area around Kanda Station is also famous for its many stores selling money orders and izakaya (Japanese style pubs). Kanda is also well known as a "salaryman's town," and the number of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) with high cost performance is unparalleled. There is no end to the number of people who come to Kanda from all over the country to enjoy a delicious meal.
