Office Vacancy Information
It is well known that "Iidabashi" originates from the bridge at the Iidabashi intersection, but further back in time, it was named after "Kihei Iida," who guided Ieyasu Tokugawa to this area before the Edo period was opened to the public. In honor of Kihei's achievements, the bridge spans an area named "Iida-cho," which is why it is called "Iida-bashi.
Located between Chiyoda-ku, Bunkyo-ku, and Shinjuku-ku, Iidabashi Station has good access to the JR Chuo and Sobu Lines, Tokyo Metro Tozai, Yurakucho, and Namboku Lines, and the Toei Subway Oedo Line. The area is pleasant and lush with greenery, especially along Mejiro-dori Street between Kudanshita Station and Iidabashi Station, where there are many historical sites, making it a calm business environment.
The office buildings are characterized by many small and medium-sized ones managed by private owners. Although office buildings are clustered around Iidabashi Station, rents are slightly higher due to its easy accessibility, but if you go a little further away from the station, you can find reasonably priced office space for rent.
