Keihan Yodoyabashi Building is an office building located in Kitahama 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Located on the south side of Tosabori Street, the building was completed in 1963 and is one of the oldest office buildings in the area. The building was completed in 1963, making it one of the oldest office buildings in the area. The building has undergone exterior renovations and seismic reinforcement work, making it appear less old than it is. The building is vertically long and narrow from north to south, with two rental rooms: a north room of approximately 100 tsubo on the Tosabori side across the central common area, and a south room of approximately 85 tsubo facing the road on the south side. Both rental rooms are well-lit and bright office spaces. The location of the building is also noteworthy, as it is directly connected to an underground passageway that leads to Yodoyabashi Station on both the Midosuji and Keihan subway lines.
